Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho, has been charged by the English FA for comments made about match officials after last month's draw at Southampton.
Mourinho claimed there is a "clear campaign" by "people, pundits, commentators and coaches from other teams" against Chelsea and labelled the booking of Cesc Fabregas, who allegedly dived, a "scandal."
"It is alleged his remarks constitute improper conduct in that they allege and/or imply bias on the part of a referee or referees and/or bring the game into disrepute." A statement issued by the FA.
The Portuguese has also been issued with a formal warning for saying last month's match at Stoke required a "good referee" to spot aggressiveness from the opponent.
The FA has the right to bans managers from making comments about referees ahead of a matches and Mourinho has until Tuesday to respond to his latest charge.
Chelsea are currently level on points with Manchester City, but top the premier league standings thanks to alphabetical order.
